He also followed up with me about what I needed. ( I was debating between this company and a another) My next encounter was with Crystal She was very thorough, helpful, and very personable with my situation. During my conversation with Crystal T she took note and noticed that I had a previous conversation with Alex. She checked in with me and Alex. I loved the “tag team” because they knew what I wanted and needed! They gave me options! I will say this! The only downside is the late fees, no notifications on app, and no notifications when I’m behind on a payment."

"I’m back at State Farm… Had State Farm for 44 years switched a couple of years ago, but the price kept going up. Alix was very personal and made me feel comfortable enough to come back. I love having an agent I know who has an office that I can visit and will send me detailed paper bills every six months. I’m old school but car insurance is important .
